I was just wondering how people are doing w/ these pills? I am afraid of losing weight too quickly & the weight coming back even possibly doubled as soon as you stop the pills. Does anyone have any experience w/ this? Thank you.

Well I have been taking Bethel's S30 and I must say they are the best. For the first four days I lost 15 pounds without exercising in total of that week I lost 20 pounds. I was very happy.
