when is the best time during the day to take bethel 30?

From what I could gather, Bethel S30 capsules are only taken once daily; however there is no specific time frame to take it that is recommended by the manufacturer. So it seems like it is left up to you (the consumer) to take it at the most appropriate time frame that works for you. Because everyone's schedule is different, there really is no "best time of day" for all people to take this medication.

There are also more discussion threads here on the site with other people taking this particular weight loss supplement. Perhaps reading some of their reviews and personal experiences can help you make a more informed decision on when to use Bethel S30.
