It really works. I guess it affects ppl differently. For me, I did experience a little dry mouth but I'll tolerate it being I lost 18 lbs in two weeks... I say try it and if you have terrible side effects clearly it's not for you, but if you don't you're welcome!!!!

Bethel's S 30 is the greatest stuff on earth it is a all natural pill..I have lost 60 pounds size 40 pants and now i am size 34 pants loose.. My wife has lost 43 pounds it is amazing.. I have close friends that seen the way me and my wife look and started taking it pill and have already lost 5-13 pounds in less than 7 days. I have friends and family that have high blood pressure and diabtes and within 4 days their blood pressure is now normal and there sugar-diabtes is perfect. That said, this is an OTC item and as such is a dietary supplement that is NOT proven to actually help with weight loss or any other condition.

Perhaps someone can list the ingredients or other information?
