There are exercises with yes, may refer 'vertigo' exercise in net. Also some acupressure technique gives relief.

What has your doctor advised?

If really depends on what is causing the vertigo, there are some cases where exercising could make the condition worse and a medication may not be appropriate.

Have they run any tests?
