Could you please let me know what other tab is as good as synap - i need a hip replacement and it is the only tab that worked.Tramaset does not work at all

What other options has your doctor suggested?

I'm not sure what else is available for you in your area, have you tried any of the other narcotic/Acetaminophen combinations, such as Percocet, which contains Acetaminophen and Oxycodone?

There are several options in that class that you could talk to your doctor about trying.

A simple warning here...try your damnedest to stay off Percocet....it may work for a few weeks a month at best before its pain killing effects wear off as you become more used to the medication and besides, not only is it addictive, it makes you silly. but more importantly It is addictive. So my suggestion from someone who has used both for severe pain for long periods..... imho if you have an option use Vicoden instead. I have taken it for severe pain for years and it does just as well for pain and does not make you silly and its effects on pain do not lessen with use. I have not found Vicoden to be habit forming other than when you are in severe pain it is addictive to stop that pain. These are my personal opinions so go with your doctor but with these thoughts in mind when speaking to him/her.

Hi my late husband used synap forte which helps with the pain and I have been taken it when ever I have pain and it really helps no other pain killer helps me.does any body know where I can get some please.
