Diazepam, like other Benzodiazepines, can be detectable in a standard urine test for as long as 6 weeks, after last dosing.

There's no way, however, to give a precise time frame, because it's always going to vary from person to person, depending on individuating factors, such as your metabolism, overall health, activity levels, fluid intake and etc.
