There you go Eldar,
common sense is all it takes, I've been on this for a couple of hours just to see what I can find, so far, the reviews are not even true reviews other than affiliates creating blogs trying to make some easy cash.
As for the product, the herbs and ingredients are a fraction of what they should really be to be even considered helpful in weight loss according to one site and of course they are peddling other pills.
You'd may like to try stevia if you want to drop the sugar, it's not an artificial sweetener.
Just keep moving Eldar, Good luck.

Thanx Al,
Resuming what I could make out of it, it's no more then next Biologicaly Active Supplement in a row:) no need to be a pharmacy-guru to check all containig ingredients and come with a sad conclusion!
They just gather all expensive stuffs together, stir a bit, press to the bottle-voila, it's made $50.
The mix may deprive your appetite just for a while, then you should find yourself hooked up with this for months!
Count me out;) my diet is more simple: no bread (switched for rice cakes), no sugar (trying to avoid), zipping mounth after 6 PM, cold pressed olive oil, meat and as more greens as possible;) and, of course, activity:)))

Hi Eldar,
The product seems to be Banital that everyone is hearing about on the radio, try putting dot com after the name and you will find it. I did not find a product that is Benetol, like some have mentioned, it seems expensive and they try to sign you up for a monthly shipment. Make sure to read the terms at the bottom of their page, they mention a program.

You're funny Gym, you are the one attacking people with opinions that differ from your own and you proved it very well here. It's interesting that your mistakes are minor yet you make mountains of others' faults, and no, I didn't skip over every post since #36.
Why did you miss what's at the bottom of Al's post #47 ?

So, what do you know about Benetol to help Eldar ?

LOL my words and I quote were “Just exercise and eat well, that’s the "magic" ingredientâ€, nothing belittling in this.
As for what happened next, and to summarize it for SlimNfit who calls me a smarta$$;
Ashley “lol†me in post 38, because I did not think her four hour routine made sense. Al insulted guys who body build in post 39. My post 41 (lol portion) was in response to post 38, and yes I was wrong about the ads since they are put there by the site. In post 42 Al is listing my opinions as “mistakesâ€, and in his last paragraph of this post he is belittling to people struggling with their weight. Post 43 IcU is now laughing because I hate Ads. In post 45 Al accuses me of criticizing people and being rude, but goes on to capitalize the word “sucks†which is considered yelling on-line, also he talks about me being a bully yet he is the one telling me to leave this thread because he does not agree with my opinion (which is not what he is making it out to be). Al is so angry that in post 47 he repeats post 45. In post 48 LOL adds nothing of value but feels the need to yell out “closedâ€. In post 49 slimNfit you mention a negative attitude in my post 36 but skipped over every post since then, try reading and understanding the thread in order, before you comment on how I make your blood boil and insulting me. If your blood is boiling or you feel angry try “anger management counseling†to deal with your problems, rather then attacking people with opinions that differ from your own.

Ok,I have read a lot of advises how to loose some pounds and burn off calories! But it is not a universal formula you might put all the people in-every person has he/she's own metabolism so your exercises may not help, I mean not everytime.
I expected to hear what you guys jave got to say abt this benetol, whether you've got results or not?

No Gym, those were not your words,
for some to put things into perspective they must ridicule and belittle others only to increase their own self worth in the eyes of others.

In my post 36 I said that there is no supplement for exercise and sensible eating habits if one wants to stay in shape and live a healthy lifestyle. Also I pointed out that from my experience and research the only people who generally work out 4 hours a day are professional athletes. This was my contribution and opinion in this “discussionâ€. My comment was recognized by Phil Knox (post 37). This was not intended to belittle Ashley’s research or work-out routine but rather put things in perspective for other people aspiring to get in shape who may stumble upon this and think they need to work out 4 hours a day to see results, period. But what I have come to realize by reading the responses, is that this is not a discussion, but rather a one sided opinion monopolized by a handful of people.

You are absolutely right Ashley, like everything else, it's only easy when you know it and even the so called experts will not tell you the whole truth because if everyone was able to reach their preferred weight or body shape goal with just a diet pill, all the gyms would close. Just remember that the weight lose, fitness, supplements and pharmaceutical industries are there to make money and they have no obligation to you, and that goes for Benetol / Banital as well.

We have muscles for a reason and if anyone is working out as many hours as you are Ashley, you have achieved an excellent cardiovascular endurance and you are way ahead and you should be able to do any kind of exercise.
I would like to point out one error almost everyone (especially the advanced) makes and that's with any type of workout be it a stationary bike, treadmill, weights, squats, actually any exercise in my opinion, don't just do them, make them a challenge, vary the speed, even if you're a beginner and just starting to get into the habit and lifestyle of the healthy mindset, don't just set your pace to the most comfortable walk or jog or you'll just waste your time because your muscles get used to the rhythm, even pushups are more comfortable faster, but if you're advanced, slow it down, vary the speed for every set and don't chicken out just because you start to tremble or you lose your best calorie burning moments and the people that know this don't care about diet pills.

For beginners, the most important thing is to get into the habit to go for a walk every day, set a time and commit to it and later add simple resistance training, there are several techniques you can do even with things around the house while you watch tv.

For the ladies like Ashley who put in two hours or so of weight training a day, again, challenge yourselves, do not use the same weight for a certain number of reps for months on, your muscles must feel change, either add to your weights (don't worry, you will not bulk up like guys) and/or reducing rest time between sets and you may not even feel you need two hours because you will be exhausted.
The internet is a great tool, look for workout techniques on Youtube and challenge yourself, make your muscles hurt by the end of your workout, they will be burning calories even as you sleep according to the FatBurningFurnace, so stay away from diet pills and chemicals and perhaps start by switching your soft drink for water and green tea in the evening,
Good health to all...

I totally agree with you Slimnfit. I simply posted what I have been thru, because Im constantly told how easy it is, but really I still trying to learn that it doesnt just happened the next day. that the results may not be visble in the first few day that it takes weeks and months. that when you plateau you just have to push harder. I simply posted my reply because i been there and it sometimes is still struggle, becuase some people are born fast metabolism etc. Anyways the simple reason i also replyed is because if someone read it might help them succeed and know that its possible. :)
and to get real advice on maybe something Im doing wrong......

Wow, this is the perfect example why I hate to sit down and get into discussions on the net. I always find a smarta$$ that knows better than everyone else yet has nothing informative to say about the subject or product but put others down, call their stories bulls*** and laughing out loud ridicule them.

When I come to a site to find information about Banital, I don't give a crap how you calculate your calories burned when your near 7000 cal/week, you're playing with a drop in the ocean. The main problem for people trying to loose weight is for them to commit to doing the workout to start with. As of post 36 I read of a negative attitude toward one that is working hard and succeeded with her battle and you chose her as a target, "Here is a summary of your new story" as you start off, implying that she's a liar and must explain herself to the fullest.
You my dear sir have come here for a different reason than finding out about Banatol as we can all see, I must refrain from mentioning further comments you made since this makes my blood boil.

The wounded should be helped and supported not ran over.

Nice going GYM,
"Also the ads embedded in your posts and Al's posts are annoying which makes me wonder if Al and Ashley are one and the same."

It doesn't take much to annoy you, just existing is enough, Right ?
Where is that rock you were talking about ?

If I was the owner of this thread it would be CLOSED period

I don't see what you're doing here Gym, other than rudely criticizing and accusing others for putting ads in their posts, I being Ashley and I didn't mention anything about your spelling but if you want to go there, Your grammar SUCKS. Correct that !
If anyone is missing points here, It's You...
I never said that working out 30 seconds is an ideal workout, learn how to read and you are still off subject because the debate is supposed to be of Benetol or Banital and Not about you rudely pointing out slight errors in someone's workout habits that's working for them.
You are Rude and Impolite and had nothing to bring to the table about Benetol and if I spelled something wrong, Too Bad. English is my third language of four and I am not writing to you Gym, I'm writing to the internet community that reads here, Get over yourself and stop acting like a Bully.

Nice of you to point out your bad spelling and grammar, I think there is some more Gym... You are the one missing the point here,
Al is right, it's motivation that people need to get started to work out and get off their butts and not criticism that you are doing.

Ashley has done her research on the supplements and she did her time in the gym as anyone can see, as for Benetol, it's supposed to be Banatal and it's too expensive for a month's supply of $50 and don't get on those auto-ship programs. I would prefer asking my pharmacist if it's a cleanser I'm interested in but stay with natural products.

Al you need to take some of your own advice and stick to the topic, rather then writing and long and winded response going no where. My point to Ashley was simply to stick to the facts which are what we are trying to figure out about Benetol, and people looking for advice on how best to stay in shape.
Ok so I missed an “l†and elliptical and included an extra “c†in exercises, put an “a†in ingredient and perhaps missed an apostrophe in that’s. But you put an “e†in antioxidants’, but who is keeping score right?
I did not put in the Ad for “weight training†but maybe you will get a kick-back for your hopeful “Guess†word with a capital letter in the middle of a sentence. I will not comment on you misinformed and obvious bias to people who prefer to lift heavy weights to build muscle; it takes more than “30 secondsâ€.
As for your last paragraph people with obesity have their own issues to deal with and don’t need your short sighted advice. In the mean time try to not write back to me, I am not interested.
As for Benetol I don’t believe it helps you lose stored fat in you body, but it may help you go to the bathroom if you feel constipated.
One more thing; "IcU" I live under a rock in the middle of no where and I never heard of Ad blockers. I guess you really missed the point, but keep up the effort.

Gym, Stick to the Benetol subject...

We are not here to point out tiny details in one (healthy, lost weight and keeping it off) person's workout habits.
The reason for this discussion was to determine if Benetol is a worthwhile system for loosing weight, stay in shape and is it worth spending your money on it,
Not finding faults in other struggling peoples' workout habits, I'm sure not everyone would agree with your style of working out either.

Now, for your other mistakes...

1) You should Not make accusations on the Internet where All can see Your mistakes (I will stay polite)...

2) I am not Ashley, I simply commented on her system since she mentioned different supplements (Not Diet Pills, which I am also against) like multivitamins, minerals, Omega 3-6-9 (fish oils), Acai and vitamin C and other berry extracts to get your antioxidents since
we cannot get out of our fruits and vegetables what we did even 10 or 20 years before, her only minor fault was referring to the supplements as pills.

3) You must really hate ads Gym... nothing wrong with that, Guess what ? So Do I, by the way, Did you put the links and ads in your post when you mentioned
" Weight Training " ?
Well , I know that you didn't, you see, when certain keywords are mentioned on the page that the author has chosen to add his or her ad-links to, ads appear as you move your mouse over it, and of course, you clicking and buying is the main intent.
Oh and don't forget Google Ads and Sponsored Links, some people are making good money....

Ooops Now I'm off topic... Sorry people.

Use Google , do your research on Benetol and you will be able to make your decisions, just get moving, I know it's hard but you have to find something to motivate you,
if you have to Google "dying from obesity" then so be it but Start Moving !!!

Here is a summary of your new story:
Eliptical 45min 560cal
Treadmill 45min 400cal
Rest & Abs 30min 0cal
Weight Training 6sets X 9 excercises 0cal
Total Calories per day 960
Total per week 6720cal
So you managed to calculate your 7000 cal while burning zero cal during your weight lifting and Ab work-outs.
So here is the math and here is me laughing out loud.
Just for the record I too work out with weights and attend cardio classes, so I know exactly what it takes to see results.
Also the ads embedded in your posts and Al's posts are annoying which makes me wonder if Al and Ashley are one and the same.
