Belladonna-phenobarbital Efficacy

I was taking Belladonna-Phenobarbital for 2 days now and then I stopped, but am still not really going despite taking a laxative for 2 days. How long before I get a regular bowel movement?

Since it's been 2 days you're definitely going to want to stay on top of drinking plenty of water, as well as consuming foods that are a lot easier on your digestive tract; most importantly are the fruits and veggies however because they contain digestive enzymes to help your body function more efficiently on the inside and out. Eating this way is pretty much equivalent to detoxing and replenishing your body on a daily basis.

Also exercise is something you should be doing to help move your lymphatic system. When the lymphatic system isn't flowing efficiently, everything gets built up in your body over time and this could cause bloating and lack of bowel movements as well. Jogging, using a rebounder, long walks, weight lifting, and other exercises on a daily basis should help prevent this from happening again.
