Belbuca In Greenwood/indianapolis South Side

I’m having trouble getting a doctor who will prescribe my Belbuca. My current primary care gives it but am having to switch doctors as mine's retiring. Unfortunately the one I'm switching to isn’t allowed to give it due to licensing issues. Any ideas?

I’m in Indiana, I live in scott count but found out my dr doesn’t prescribe pain meds and that’s why he has me searching for someone that does.
