Hello, Jackie! I am so very sorry! I had similar issues due to dental problems. Finally ended up getting dentures and I can't be happier, I know they are aren't right for everyone, but they do work great for some of us.
Have you considered trying a sedative, before having any dental work, done? The NIH lists them as being commonly used to help people relax, before dental procedures.
