Found this pill in a very small baggie in my floor. With no markings, I was wondered what it could be so I would know who to ask about it?

I'm sorry, but if there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what this tablet contains.
We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription tablet, since they are all required by law to have a marking to enable their identification, however, there are several over the counter items that meet this description, plus there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication.
Does anyone else have any ideas of what this could be?
