Beginning Sprintec-early Period

I was prescribed sprintec as an OC three days before my period was due. I was not given any specific instructions by my gyno about taking the pill, so I started the pack the day I got them.
I didn't know until afterwards that the rule of thumb was to wait until the first day of your period or the Sunday after your period.
I started my period almost immediately after taking the first pill (3days early) and I had it for the whole first week of my sprintec pack. What should I expect when I get to the 4th week/placebo week?

That 4th week will be your regular period week, from now on.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of oral contraceptives as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, PMS-like symptoms and breakthrough bleeding.
