How do I benefit from using Becadexamin Multi Vitamin and Multi Mineral capsules?

Hi

We take this capsule daily 1 after breakfast .. I hope it's safe as I just read that this capsule is harmful as it contains 5000 iu vitamin A and leads to lot of problems . Pl help me will it effect us

Becadexamin is a Multi Vitamin. Can i give it to my son? He is 9 years old.

Rajesh, I am not certain how much Vitamin C Becadexamin contains and at amounts over 500mgs a day, it can have an affect on your INR, so I'd suggest checking with your doctor or pharmacist, before starting this.

The Vitamin E can also have an effect in amounts greater than 400IUs daily.

Your doctor will be better able to give you an idea of what is safe for you to take and they may want to do some extra monitoring of your INR levels, when you first start a multivitamin.

Please suggest Becadexamin alternate because i am not able to get it from market .People say production of Becadexamin is not going on.
