This is a medication from Mexico which is used to treat a variety of skin conditions. It contains Betamethasone + Clotrimazole + Gentamicin.

it's similar to LOTRISONE available in the US by prescription. Betamethasone (a steroid, like hydrocrotisone) is only available by prescription in the US. That's why you won't find it over-the-counter in the US. The BARMICIL Compuesto (Compound) preparation is made by Laboratorios Quimica Son's in Puebla, Mexico. It's is VERY inexpensive ($3-5 for 30g) in most Mexican farmacias. It might be found occassionally in some Mexican grocery stores in the US as they may not realize it's by 'scrip only.

Gentamicine, also included in the BARMICIL product, is a antibiotic. Together, it's a pretty effective and useful preparation- for me. I'm told it's also useful for skin fungal infections (athlete's foot). The Clotrimizole is the ingredient in several LOTRIMIN-brand products.

I had a horrible infection on my left foot, it started as athletes foot. eventually my foot within 1 week was swollen, foul odor and painful/itchy. It was spreading rapidly. It was almost severe. I used several over the counter products! Frustratingly nothing worked.. It was getting worse! Now this cream I call my MIRACLE cream! I put it on 3 says ago and my fungus/ infection is almost 100% gone! NOT LYING! Everyone should have one of these in your drug cabinet. I think many Mexican stores or pharmacies might have it.. I'm from San Jose,CA and purchased my first magical green tube for $14 and I plan to get some for my family as well. Great for athletes feet!!!!

That condition is usually food related. Try eliminateing all products with Soy. My wife had bloody stumps for hands until she stopped eating anything with Soy.

Hi, I can tell you the barmicil works very well. I'm a veteran and I had what I thought was ringworm coming back from Iraq. The doctors couldn't fix it, they didn't know what it was. For months and months I was taking injections and medications and nothing worked, then one day my wife's mother came across from Mexico and she brought this barmicil. I used it and in three days what the doctors couldn't fix and six months and it was spreading all of a sudden went away and it has never come back.

Wonder Why the US just focus on treating instead of curing. My mom has psoriasis on her scalp. He uses medication and it cleared it up in two days. Mexico doctor care more about people fixing them. Today I’m giving a try I suffer from eczema.
