Bad Side Effects From Cymbalta (Top voted first)

I am talking on behalf of my wife.Her Doctor put her on this drug.She was on it for two or three days.She has been nothing but sick. Dizzy,light headed,throw up,can't walk straight and things like that.I told her not to take anymore.The Doctor put her on 30 mg .I see that there is three different sizes.Watch what size your Doctor starts you out on.The side effects are scary.

i started on 30 mgs a day for 1 week and then went to 60 mgs a day. but OMG!!!!!! i was sooooo sick with all the symptoms your wife has for about a week add a day or two. but its her body getting used to the drug. it does stop and i take it for peripheral neuropathy and i just love it. tell her to hang in there. i didnt want to smell anything cause it would make me throw up

I tried this for pain and depression and I had absolutely no results from it at all. It really is only effective for certain people, with the right body chemistries for certain types of nerve pain.

Cymbalta can cause heartburn and/or nausea. It is best to take it on a full stomach or after supper. It will help alleviate some of stomach problems.

Dear Friends, I suffer ftom Chronic Intractable Pain due to spinal Disease & four failed Back Surgeries, My Doctor just put me on 30mg's of this Cymbalta, Anyone with any Positive info.about this new Drug? Thanks Bob!

I have just been placed on cymbalta and found that if I take it after 3:00 p.m., I have sickness the following morning, as if I were pregnant, with stomach pain also. I have switched to lunch dose and find it makes a big difference.

I have been taking Cymbalta for quite a while. I went from 30mg to 60mg twice a day. I'm unsure if my nausea is from this medicine since I take 25 other meds but it is convincing. My mother is on 30mg and she has dizziness and nausea. I'm doubting that this is a suitable drug for anyone.

I think that Cymbalta almost killed me; was prescribed it for Fibromyalgia; immediately, started shaking, falling incontinent; HELP

Yes, David, It is the weirdest reactions that I have ever felt, I am in a wheelchair from damn cymblata; doc s don't know what they are doing but all I do is shake almost like MS or Parkingsons; thinks she should gradually get off as I am trying to do! I was only on for about a month and symptoms started immediately; on the 1 and only good side, the pain was relieved from FM!
