Bactrim For Pilonidal Cyst

Can bactrim be used to treat cyst on ur buttcrack my doc prescribed it but im in pain an see no improvement.

Yes, an antibiotic such as this is sometimes used to treat them. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

How long have you been taking it? Generally, if an antibiotic is working, you should start to see improvement after 3 full days of taking it.
