Bactium But I Am Taking Smz Tmp Would It Be Safe To Take Olive Leaf Or Oregano Oil While This Antibiotic

I am taking TMZ/TMP for a UTI this is the 2nd prescription in a month and 1/2. I had this infection for about a year and did not realize it, since I am getting older; I assumed symptoms of discharge/odor was a cleanliness problem and I would clean with this and clean with that. So I let it go way too long. My question, is would it be safe to take Olive leaf extract or Oregano Oil to help clear up this problem or wait until I take the entire prescription of antibiotic
