Baclofen/methamphetamine False Positive

I recently took a UA and it tested positive for methamphetamine. I am currently taking baclofen 10 mg and just stopped taking Tizanidine 4 mg at 4 times per day. Could either of these medications cause a false positive for methamphetamine? I also take flexeril, meloxicam, and ibuprofen 800.
