UpdatedAfter taking cipro 500 bid two days for a uti with bad sacroiliac pain what antibiotic should I switch to?

You should continue the medication as directed by your doctor, the UTI itself can cause such pain.
The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
