Back Bone Pain In Spinalcard

i got severe pain in my spinal card if i am sitting continuously.and also at night times i got the pain severely like my bones are pending. in my exray , one my bone is in damaged condition like corrosion but i am just 22 what should i do?

What has your doctor advised?

One thing you should do is avoid being sedentary for long periods of time, especially if you know it is going to cause you pain. Lack of movement will always aggravate these types of conditions and many people let themselves become sedentary, not realizing how much of their pain can be alleviated through exercise and movement.
