Is the marking possibly BL with a 1 and 7 separated by a score line on the other side? Can you please post back and clarify? Thank you!

If so, Teva Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 500mgs of Penicillin V which is used to treat various types of bacterial infections. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, diarrhea, headache, and non-allergic skin rash.
