Bf Asks Questions While Asleep

My BF of 11 years asks me questions about my EX while asleep on Trazodone, Ambien and Valium and says "it is the truth coming out", he has done this several times and every time he does it he doesn't like the answers. Are these combined with a truth serum or am I just in a fog and not really understanding the questions and just giving random answers? Oh Yah, I don't remember any thing the next morning and am given the worst treatment ever (and I am disabled, so I need his help, especially with our 8 yr. old). Anyone gone through this or have an answer?

No, no truth serum or anything in them. However, if this occurs frequently, it could mean that you're overmedicated for sleeping, that's a lot to take each night.

The FDA also warns that the Valium carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.

If I had to guess at a culprit, it would be the Ambien, because it has been known to cause many odd side effects, including hallucinations, sleep actions and sleep driving. You may want to speak to your doctor about switching it out for something else.

As to your boyfriend's behavior, that speaks of him feeling insecure and worrying about your relationship. It is not appropriate behavior and would not occur in a sound, healthy relationship. Thus, I think you may want to see if you two can get some counseling together, it can really help a lot and there are even some free couple's counseling services available.
