What has your doctor advised?

It is important to make sure you have enough of the B vitamins, as well as folic acid, when you are HIV positive, but it should really be based on your levels and whether or not you need to take them, because too much can also cause problems.

Your doctor can do a blood test to check them and let you know if you should take them and, if so, how much you should take.
