The closest match I could find is a white oblong pill imprinted with "APO 033" on one side and blank on the other. It has been identified as Pentoxifylline ER 400 mg.

Pentoxifylline is used to improve blood flow in patients with circulation problems to reduce aching, cramping, and tiredness in the hands and feet.
