I have been advised to take Aztor 20 once daily after dinner. Also Clopilet A 75 following bypass surgery 7 months ago. I have developed fairly severe pain in the bones, knee joints. Can it be due to Aztor 20? is there any alternate drug for Aztor 20, which may not give the pain in bones?

Yes, it can cause joint and muscle aches as side effects, according to NIH reports. You may also experience nausea, dizziness, and bad headaches.
Have you consulted your physician to see what else you can try? Are these the only medications you take?
