What are the side effects of this medicine? Is it safe for pregnant women?

I have a bottle of Zertalin Azitromicina 500 mg tablet, 6 tablets total. My mom and sister have used this in the past, they get it from Mexico. How do I take this, as far as dose per day? I have a sinus infection.
