Can I eat anything after taking this tablet (Azithral 500)?

Can I drink milk with this tablet?

The NIH usually recommends that it not be taken on an empty stomach, but you should avoid milk and grapefruit an hour before and 2 hours after taking it. Its typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and diarrhea.
