Azithral contains the active ingredient Azithromycin, which is an antibiotic that's used to treat various types of infections.

And most medications are processed through the liver, so there is the risk of some liver damage, or rare reactions of lowered liver function, but usually antibiotics are taken for such a short period of time that they rarely cause such issues.
