Azithral 500

I want to know. for what reason to take this tablet.& i dint get my peroied for this month i had been to the doctor upt test but it is negative & the doctors adaviceed that to contiune with glyciphage tablet per day 3 & she want to me take azithral 500mg per day one. is tablet is to get my peroied or what please reply fast thank you regards maria
