i want to know the use of Azithral 250 and whether i can use higher dose to reduce respiratory tract infection faster.

Azithral contains the active ingredient Azithromycin, it is an antibiotic that's used to treat various types of infections.

And no, a higher dose will not get rid of the infection any faster than the standard dose, that's not how it works. It's the regular amount in your body for a continuous period of time that helps eradicate and infection.
