I have a history of fainting since being in my fifties. I have not fainted since 08. I started taking this medication. Have had three doses. Fainted today. How long before the meds are completely out of my system? I am out of the country. I see on the side effects it can cause fainting! I want it out of my system!!!!!!

I'm sorry, but it may take a few days and there's really no way to make it process out any faster.

It is an antibiotic and it doesn't actually cause fainting, but it can cause some dizziness and drowsiness.

Have you consulted a doctor? You might need to try a different medication.
