I would love to know the answer to this. As i am frequently having nose bleed now,and it takes longer to stop.

Since aspirin is also a blood thinner...and if you give to a chlid having nose bleed....it may cause more bleeding.

Since aspirin is also a blood thinner...and if you give to a chlid having nose bleed....it may cause more bleeding.Do not give aspirin more bleeding may occurs. Inform the physician.
