UpdatedFound this in a small round plastic container inside drug paraphernalia,w/ a name its says suldime although the letter l and d was not clear.thanks

The closest match I can find is "Sublime" cream by DECLÉOR’ Paris. It appears to be an anti aging cream. The color of the cream is white as far as I can tell, so it is possible that over time the product oxidized and changed color or someone could've possibly tampered with the contents of the cream at some point. You said you found this cream in "drug paraphernalia", could you elaborate?
