Availability Of Topiglan

Is Topiglan available on the market Yet? Will it require a doctor's rx? If it isn't on the market yet, when will it become available? What will it cost and will it be covered by insurance if a rx is required?

From what I can find, it is not available yet in the U.S. and that directly feeds your other questions into the unknown answers category. There is just no way to know what is going to happen with it, if it will ever be approved and make it to market.
