Auto Immune Sjogren's Syndrome

I recently found out i have Sjogren's syndrome although I have had symptoms and issues from it for many years. Is there anybody out there that could give me some helpful tips for the so many things they say come with this disease? I've studied up online about the disease but haven't found much on what to do to make life better.
