Aurobindo Hydrocodone / Acetaminophen U03 Doesnt Work

Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen 10-325 My Pharmacy Costco just slipped me 120 of these Oval Pills Marked U03. They are pure garbage. Headache within 20 minutes of taking and No Pain relief. My Losartan Potassium was switched to this company also 2 months ago, and I've had stomach problems since. Told Costco NEVER to dispense anything from this company. These Pills not only don't work, they give you a HEADACHE, Hydrocodone is suppose to take away pain not give you pain.

The tablets with the U 03 marking contain 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen (NDC 13107-0021). The FDA does warn that a headache can be a typical side effect of this medication, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache, and constipation. It also carries the risk of being habit forming.

Inactive Ingredients:

- Silicon Dioxide
- Croscarmellose Sodium
- Crospovidone
- Magnesium Stearate
- Cellulose, Microcrystalline
- Povidone K30
- Starch, Corn
- Stearic Acid

I'm taking Adderall by them with similar and worse side effects. They must be using some very dirty fillers. The FDA sucks and I hope this company tanks for what they are doing

I’m convinced that company makes fake medication. I had to switch pharmacies because the only adderall they were order is from Aurobindo and I don’t think it’s actually Adderall. It feels like those weird crossroad pills that they used to sell at the gas station in the 80s and 90s. My doctor actually has to write "No Aurobindo" on my prescriptions because I can’t take anything they make. It makes me sick.
