Auro Pharmaceuticals U17 Oxycodone/apap Tablet (Page 2) (Top voted first)

Updated

My local CVS pharmacy has been changing and even mixing brands of my oxycodone/apap 10/325 for months now. Today they gave me yet a new brand made by Auro Pharmaceuticals with the inscription U17. Has anyone heard of these before? I know nothing about them.

These U17 generic percocet are the worst, no pain relief, not enough of the main ingredient in them. They have a rat poison in them. Makes me sick. Drug stores buy them because they are cheap. Made by Aurolife / Aurobindo, made in India.

Just received the U17 10/325 OXYCO 10mg 325 Tylenol from CVS. 2 Months ago they couldn't even fill my script, I had to go searching ended up PUBLIX was only Pharmacy that could fill it. I have INSURANCE. CIGNA had to pay $35 for 120 count round pill don't recall coding ? Relieved PAIN but made me argumentative, angry and sleepless. I was afraid to take again. I've been on hydrocodone for many years and achieved immunity to any dose, constipation and no PAIN RELIEF. A smart doctor stepped me up to the PERCOCET. I'm much happier with The CVS U17 Much Cheaper (Effects), first of all don't take any after 4 P.M if you want to sleep. Be prepared to know everything about anything! A real EXPERT! Buy friends EAR PROTECTION! U talk LOUD and A LOT! But absolutely NO PAIN! Wish I could find something I could take after 4 p.m. to STOP PAIN and allow me to sleep! ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Honestly U17 works well. They are the same as ALL 10/325 oxycodone/ acetaminophen

The U17 are less strong than a 5/ 325 hydrocodone. There needs to be more oversight with these pills. I have no known food allergies nor gastrointestinal issues. These pills make me lose a week of my life to nausea, vomiting, fatigue, and severe unmediated pain. An Advil is stronger. They are worthless. I saved four other brands since I've had the same prescription for several years( I do take intentional breaks, I understand the withdrawal symptoms). The other brands can be interchanged. One u17 makes me physically ill within 3 hours. That is not withdrawal.

Same exact thing with me. It's not in your head. I live in Northwest Indiana. Where are you? I kind of wonder if they imported a really bad batch to the area. Someone needs to test these pills. Does anyone know w hat to do to figure this out? It's bad news.

Re: Ann (# 20) Expand Referenced Message

Again--go to the feedback or complaint pages on the (I think) FDA website. Whining at pharmacist's (unless they'll swap the mfgr. for you) won't help.

Without sources I can't take anything you say seriously.

You know, I'm reviewing this thread with all the violent side effects people insist they are having from the Aurobindo U17's and am getting suspicious if these are corporate shills or something.

All this from someone who takes Percocet occasionally?

I think I like it better than Endocet. I'm still experimenting with it; it's hard to measure because my neuro pain is always changing--it's not an 'it hurts right there' kind of thing.

Yes, my pharmacy just switched to U17... they give me a headache and my face is flushed! Wish they would tell me when the pill has been changed. I can't afford to buy them again.

The best generice oxycodone 10/325 on the market right now that I've found is the one that says M523 on one side and 10/325 on the other side, it's made by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. I've had many of the current generics over the years, but this one seems to stand out the best for helping to control my pain.

Change pharmacies. Write the FDA to let them know your experience. You might also try to find and compare filler ingredients.

Re: flea (# 51) Expand Referenced Message

Hi - my insurance wouldn’t cover a refill right after filling the first one, despite my reaction. I think that’s pretty standard - once I dropped half a bottle of capsules in the sink while struggling to open them and they disintegrated - even took a picture, but had to pay cash to replace them. At least the pharmacy let me replace them... they were antibiotics. Will see if I bookmarked the links on my pc, but there were quite a few as I don’t mess around when I research... best advice is to dig deep and don’t just click on the first link you see!

I have Percocet with an imprint of U17. I'm used to taking the light yellow t-934s. Can someone please let me know if you feel the same way? The u17s are terrible. There is zero relief versus the other ones. I'm sure there are more numbers to that one but I’m not completely sure what they are. Please help.

I have a pill imprinted with U17. This makes me sick. I have been taking oxycodone for years and never felt like this. Is this oxycodone?

Hi. I'm wondering if you use sulfites in your formula? Or do you have another idea what might be causing ear/throat reactions some of us have had?

Has anyone had a bad experience with Aurolife the manufacturer of Percocet? And what is the difference between hydrocodone and oxycodone? Has anyone experienced headaches while using this product and how best I approach my pharmacist regarding this medication?
