Does the antibiotics, two times a day means it have to be taken strictly 12hours apart? will taking the medicine at 8 or 10 hours apart be okay?

Recently, I have experienced sore in my ear. Not sure if it is swollening or not. Is it due to the side effect of medicine or the surgery of my wisdom tooth surgery last Monday(17th October) the pain only came yesterday when I'm left the last dose of antibiotics. It's the only medicine I'm taking after the first two days of taking pain killer post surgery.
The eat pain is only slightly like when I'm wearing earpiece. It feels abit sore, when I take the earpiece out and apply a bit of pressure like pushing with my finger like how the earpiece does its abit sore. What does you think is the cause of the pain? Only one side of the ear is painful. The side where I have done the wisdom tooth surgery, to remove a bottom wisdom tooth. What do I have to do for the pain to go away.
No, the time does not have to be exactly precise, but you should try to keep them as close to the 12 hours apart, as possible.
The U.S. FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
Is there anything else I can help with?
