Augmentin 875/125 Itchy Rash

I started Augmentin 875 mg yesterday for a sinus infection. I have only taken two tablets, but I woke up this morning itching with a rash. I have read that this is a side effect, but do I continue to take the medication?

Have you contacted your doctor?

Antibiotics can cause a non-allergic skin rash as a side effect, but continuing the medication depends on whether or not it is an allergic reaction, or just that side effect.
