Hi, Meryl!

What are your blood pressure readings at the time you get dizzy and lightheaded?

It could be happening if it's going too low, or if you're dehydrated.

Is it only happening in the morning?

If so, that makes me suspect that it's likely going very low overnight and still low when you awake.
