Is the dentist and your doctor aware that you will be taking both?
They do tend to cause depression of the central nervous system, according to FDA reports, so yes, there is a risk of your experiencing shallow breathing, lowered heart rate, and lowered blood pressure.
It really depends on what is safe for you, and only a physician can advise you on that. If you are very sensitive to medications, it might be best for you to stop the Ativan, while taking the Norco.
Have you had the tooth pulled, yet? If so, how are you doing?
