Should this medication be prescribed to an adult who is taking Daizepam, Morphine Sul, Opana, Savella and amphetamine tab 20 mg? I don't see any indication for usage by adults. I was told it is to keep the person awake during the day so he can function.

Adderall can be used by adults, however, it contains mixed amphetamine salts and you listed a 20mg Amphetamine tablet, so it would really be doubling up on the same thing.

And yes, it can be used to treat daytime sleepiness, as well as ADHD and narcolepsy.

As to the other medications, I am not finding any contraindications listed, but you should check with the doctor or pharmacist to be certain.

Are there any other questions or comments?
