oh oh nakaka tan kod ho ang glixi ininom ko lang ito nang nakarang buwan lang dali lang pala nang pag tang kad at sinabayan ko lang nag exercise mula ho ako sa height na 4'9 ngayon ang heigth ko na 5'9

Pd po bang pagsabayin ang propan at cherifer?.. d kaya ako maover dose?.. im 19 now.. gusto ko tumangkad at tumaba... for 3 years n din kc ako stock-up sa trabaho ..pd kaya yun?.. pampataba at pampatngkad

Hello, I'm a 17 y/o girl and I'm just 4'11 in height. I'm planning to take cherifer pgm. , they say that I must do stretching exercises while taking cherifer so that it will work, and won't make me fat. But I don't have enough time to do stretching exercises. And I'm afraid to get more fat than now. I really wanna get taller before I turn into 18yo. Plsss give me some advice. Thanks in advance :)

Hi..:) im 16 yrs old po and my height is 4"6 something like that....tanong kolang po..tatangkad pa po ba ako kung iinom ako ng cherifer pgm 10-21..ano po ung mga sign pra mlaman kung effective ung pag inom nun and gaano po katagal..?? BTW im female po..plss..po help me :) :)

Effective ba talaga ang cherifer kc nung 14 po aq nag take aq 2 months twice a day q pa nga tini take? But still 4'9 parin ung height q... now I'm 17 mag ta try ulet aq*(^_^)*.... need tips how to take cherifer...

Gagana basta may kasabay na proper diet and exercise. Height ko ngayon is 6'1'' because of cherifer with proper diet and exercise. And don't forget milk :)

I highly recommend this multivitamins for those who wants to be tall... Nung 13 aq I was like around 4'10, then after a year I'm now 178 or 5'10.. though I only took cherifer for a month :-)

Hi my name is francis. I'm 15 years old. 5'9 ako ... Nasubokan ko na ang cherifer .. effective po ito .. 13 po ako nang sunimulan kong inomin 5'0 paako noon at gusto kung maging basketball player .. ipina inom saakin nang dad ko nag 2 twice a day (morning, night before ako matulog).. nakakagutom po ito napapasarap palagi ang pag kain ko pati pag tulog ko .... pag 14 ko tinignan ko sa chart ang height ko at 5'4 na Po ako at pag 15 ngayun 5'9 napo grabe po talaga ang tinangkad ko... at lumaki po yung katawan ko at active pa Po yung muscles ko... at ngayun sinubokan kung mag gym.. at palagi po akung pinagkakamalan nang college student pero sa tutoo 3rd year highschool pa Po ako ngayung pasukan... masarap napung mag laro nang basketball at nakakalaro napo ako nang seniors basketball invalid naako sa juniors kasi matangkad nadaw ako bahala na daw nga pwede pa age ko sa juniors... yun lang po ito lng po masasabi ko kung ininom nyu po ang cherifer.. kain lng po nang marami, matulog nang right time at exercise Po ang importante.. kung ininom ninyu Po ito wala kayung ginagawa hindi po ito umi effect... {edited for privacy}....
