effective ito im 16 5'8 and height ko, ang height ng parents ko ay 5'5 at 5'3, hindi kasi talaga sa isang buwan makikita ang result, aabot pa ng isang year, at tska once a day ko lng ito iniinum

tama pare hnd lng isang buwan lalabas ang result nun maybe a months or year bsta tuloy tuloy lng...oo isang beses lng sa isang araw ang pag tatake

Hi im 21 years old and gusto ko pang tumangkad coz im 5'1 only. anu po bang dapat gawin para mas effective ung pag take ko ng cherrifer..effective po ba tlaga ito?? ilang months?? anu po ung mga instruction sa pag take??? help me please.. :)) thanks..

Hello po 5'10 po ang height ko 18 yrs old wala pa akong tinitake na mga height enhancing supplements nasa lahi na atah namen ang pagiging matangkad kase may lahing kastila ang lolo ko gusto ko tumangkad pa effective po ba talaga ang cherifer pgm ??? At anung klaseng exercise okay naba ung pagvavolleyball nakaka stretch atah ng bones un :-) gatas lang po kailangan e take ayaw ko kaseng maabutan ako ng pinsan kong babae 14 palang sya pero malapit na nya akong maabutan nasa may bandang tenga ko na sya :-) tatangkad pa ba ako with or without taking gloxi or cherifer ??? Anu po ang maximum growth age for men :-) kahit hnd talaga ako tunay na lalake muhahahaha

Madaming nagsasabing hindi effective pero nasa tamang pag gamit kasi yan. Effective siya kaya lang sobrang sakit sa tuhod kasi pinapatangkad neto ang buto mo

16 yrs,old plng po ako ngaun p lng po ako nag ccmulang mag take ng cherifer pgm 2 months pla lng po before effective po b tlaga 2??pkitulungan nio naman po ako kng panoe po ma aaus ang height q 5'3 lng po height ko may chance pa poe b??:(((

sabi nyo po sa mga comments nyo na pag nagtake ka ng cherifer pgm without exercise is tataba??but it is ok to take it without exercise and yung paginom po nun eh every morning before breakfast??pakainom po ba yun ek kakain na agad o may time pa??and yung milk ba iinumin bgo matulog??I'm 18yrs and i'm turning 19 this jan 30, 3rd year college student na po at gusto ko po tumangkad kasi 4'10 lang ang height ko eh tapos payat po ako can you explain it to me or can you help me please...

Ilang beses sa isang araw po ba kailangan inumin ang Cherifer PGM? Tsaka, kelangan po bang may kasama itong tamang exercise para maging effective? 15 years old na po kasi ako and I have a height of 4'11 or 5' lang po. Sana po masagot niyo po tong question ko. Thank you :)

Effective tlga yung cherifer nung ng take ako dati 5'2 lng ako.. in 1 month tumangkad ako ng 3cm tumigil kc wala na akng budget pero ngaun ng take ako uli 2x a day wala pang 1 month tumangkad ako ng 4 cm..after eating morning and night
