I need patient assistance with Crestor 20 mg. medication. How can I go about applying, if possible?

Astra Zeneca, the manufacturer, actually has an excellent assistance program for people that require their medications, but don't have prescription coverage.

It's called AZ&Me and offered through RxAssist, you can contact them about applying at 800-424-3727.

It is based on income, so some people that qualify receive their medications for free and others pay based on a sliding fee scale.
