I find it difficult to purchase epinephrine (Bronkaid Tablets) for asthma because the states New York (where I work) and New Jersey (where I live) are more worried about people purchasing Bronkaid tablets for making crystal meth than they are about making it available to people who need it for health reasons. I don't drive, don't have a license to scan to purchase them in states that require ID, nor do I have a passport. So, now you have to have a passport or license to get medications for a chronic illness. I am suffering from Breathing problem, my doctor prescribe to take above medicine (1/2 per day). ## D-Montus contains the active ingredients Doxofylline and Montelukast, it is used to treat respiratory disorders, such as Asthma and allergy symptoms. Anxit is listed as containing Alprazolam, it is a Benzodiazepine that is used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, irritability and headache. I work as a paramedic and had a female patient that had what initially looked like Asthma. She had no responce to Ventolin or IV adrenaline. To the point of collapse and seizures on arrival at A/E. I was not able to see the toxicology report but was advised she had a beta blocker and amphetamine show up. My question is, would these two drugs have an adverse effect on our administration of the ventolin and adrenaline as a conflict between agonist and antagonist. Cheers Jimmy

does effigen work if you have nt got the time to exercise no i not lazy work full time and got 3 kids with no babysitters ## Effigen is a common misnomer for Ephedrine, which is a stimulant used to aid with breathing problems and weight loss. It really isn't safe to use, without a doctor's supervision, under any circumstances. It has been found to cause some serious side effects, that have results in some deaths, it can seriously accelerate heart rate and blood pressure. red and white capsule ## I'm sorry, did you mean Ephedrine? I can't tell you anything from just that basic description of the capsules, so I don't know if that's what they contain or not. Ephedrine is a stimulant that was commonly used to aid in weight loss and to treat conditions such as asthma. It is still easily obtainable, although the FDA banned its sale in over the counter products, due to the high rates of abuse and the cardiac dangers that it can cause. I have allergic rhinitis and would like to know whether or not it's safe to take Montelukast, even though I am taking Rifampicin now? Thanks. ## From what I can find, they can be used together, but the antibiotic Rifampicin can reduce the effectiveness of the Montelukast, by making it clear out of your body faster than normal. This means it may not help you as long or as much as it would, if you weren't taking the antibiotic, but it is not dangerous. You should check with your doctor or pharmacist to be certain, though.
