I have completed 28 weeks of my pregnancy. I had been advised to take Ecosprin 75 tablet daily after lunch. Is it safe? Thick round, light yellow pill. Only marks are: P73 ## From what I've sen from other replies about this same pill is that this is a low dose (81 mg) aspirin. ## Small white pill with P73 printed on one side. ## I have read that this is a low dose asprin but there is an odor to the bottle I found and it has no label on it. it smells like vinegar. ## CVS Pharmacy does list this tablet as containing 81mgs of Aspirin, which is the dosage many people use for heart health, and blood thinning. I've come across two of these white oblong pills with this exact marking on them on one side, no markigs on the other side. I was in a serious automobile accident a few years back and was prescribed several medications to help me deal with the pain I experienced as I was recovering. Ok, this will be lengthy to include all the necessary details but can someone help please? My being able to raise my daughter depends on my necessary medicine. I have no clue where else to turn.
