This is only a guess, because the imprint is hard to read, but if it is the size of a tiny, birth control tablet, then it may be one called Cilist, that has a C 250 and 35, to denote the amount of hormones in it and the brand name. Do you think this may be it?

Do mefac caps contain any aspirin? ## The active ingredient in Mefac is Mefanemic Acid, this is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory used to treat pain and swelling. small and round, yellow, raised v on one side, nothing on the other... seen pics of the aspirin, valium, vivarin... it's none of these. ## It is the same as a Vivarin tablet, containing 200mgs of Caffeine, it is just a generic/store brand.
