Hi~ For several years, I have been prescribed 4/day butal/ASA/caf/cod for h/a's, neck pain and flank pain...because of (dr believes) the aspirin, I've had tummy problems (hurts!), so he changed rx to butal/ACETAM/caf/cod...is one stronger than the other? The double whammy from it is that it also has a blood thinning effect, so if you end up with a bleeding ulcer, there's a chance of hemorrhage. Learn more Aspirin details...
