I have accidentally taken 2 100 mg aspirin tablets. I am concerned as to what might happen?

That's not an overdose amount, it's actually available in tablets in much higher amounts.

However, you may experience more nausea, dizziness and stomach irritation than usual, as reported by the FDA.

If your symptoms get too severe, you should seek medical attention.
